Legal Office Renovation
Legal Office Renovation
This was RoCo's first commercial renovation. A lawyer was looking to renovate the existing open-concept shop. We used the high ceiling and the transom window to brighten up her office as much as possible. There's also a copy room that could be used as another office later & a large boardroom in the back. We added a large custom-made barn door to the basement stair area as well.
Mobile Home Renovation
Mobile Home Renovation
This was another first for RoCo. What used to be a rental unit for campers near Port Franks, is now a beautiful getaway for our client. We removed some of the existing cabinetry, gave it a fresh painting, backsplash, & put an accent wall in the Master Bedroom. After some light fixtures and a new kitchen faucet got swapped out, it looks like a whole new place!
Basement Renovation
Basement Renovation
This basement was mostly unfinished. We added a new bathroom, bedroom, bar area & TV area. We closed off the mechanical room. This space gave the house more living area & an additional sleeping area.
Gazebo Deck with Custom Bar - Parkhill
Gazebo Deck with Custom Bar - Parkhill
This gazebo was originally designed for a hot tub to be in the middle of it. The client had found that when they sat on the patio furniture in this space, the openings were too high (as you might want if a hot tub were installed here) to see anything. So we brought the floor up for them so you got a view of the beauiful rural area that surrounds this property. They had wanted a bar area to sit at, and we got them a 2-sided bar area that seats high-top stools and chairs on the other. The interior of the bar and the decktop itself are made from cedar. (The smell of this gazebo when a warm wind blows through is amazing). The bartop itself is made from 100+ year old maple flooring reclaimed from a local home. Then we got artistic with the barfront. The stacked wood front (made from real wood) has a black metal frame with a space for feet to sit, without hurting the barfront. Now the client can enjoy their property to the max!
Composite Deck - Parkhill
Composite Deck - Parkhill
This client had a tired old deck with a pool in it. The pool just wasn't getting the use it needed, so we tore it down and gave them this beautiful composite deck around an existing tree that the previous deck had avoided. We lined the top of the deck up with the existing paverstone walkway to avoid any tripping hazards. After installing a metal gazebo, there was a pefect shaded option on the deck. The steps down go straight into the client's garden area & the large backyard.
